All GENERAL SHIPPING RETURNS

All our products ship from the US. We have fulfillment houses in Chicago, IL and Charlotte, NC

We do not accept returns at this time. If your product arrives, damaged, defective or is simply the wrong item- Please contact us at 86campers@gmail.com and we will assist you in replacing your item.

We do not offer refunds at this time. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order- Please contact us at 86campers@gmail.com and we will assist you to find the best possible solution to correct the error or offer a refund on a case by case basis.

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our items, we can not offer exchanges on our products. If you have a question about sizing or product details- Please reach out and ask our team and we can provide you with any detail needed to make your purchase!

We currently ship within USA and Canada at this time. Please not we are not responsible for any cross border duties, tariffs or taxes. This is the customer's responsibility. All of our pricing is in USD.

We currently use numerous major carriers for your shipping. All our shipping is standard ground shipping at this time and will be displayed at the checkout before purchase. Our shipping carriers are USPS, Fed Ex, DHL and DPD.

Please expect your parcel to arrive 3-10 days after your order has been marked as fulfilled. Please allow 14 days during extreme weather conditions. We cannot guarantee delivery times at the moment.

Yes, you can send your order to any address you choose, as long as it is in North America. All that is required is that your billing address matches your payment method. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

In the event that your package appears to be lost or stolen within transit. Please reach out to 86campers@gmail.com and let us know your order number and contact information. One of our service agents will be in touch within 24 hours to launch an investigation with the shipping carrier. Rest assure, we will figure out where your package is or an alternate solution.

In the event that your parcel/ product arrived damaged at delivery. Please email 86campers@gmail.com- We will need you to provide photos of your item(s) right away and let us know the issue with your delivery. A service agent will be in touch within 24 hours to help find the best suitable resolution!
